Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining room, including tables, chairs, trash receptacles, condiments, and other areas as directed by the supervisor.
  • Operate various equipment, including floor vacuums, brooms, mops, wringers, buckets, sanitation towels, and chemicals.
  • Comprehend and comply with verbal and written directions assigned by the supervisor.
  • Comprehend and comply with all company procedures, rules, and policies.
  • Remove trash, waste, and spills from the dining room floor during serving periods.
  • Stand for extended periods of time.
  • Adhere to client and company protocols related to COVID-19 workplace safety and sanitation standards.
  • Lift and move food, food containers, and other non-food items from floor position to no higher than one's own height.
  • Follow all outlined safety regulations with regard to equipment use.
