Key Responsibilities- Assist physicians and office staff with patient care activities, ensuring high-quality care and excellent patient outcomes.
- Perform various clinical and administrative tasks, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for exams, and maintaining accurate medical records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and efficient office operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred.
- One year of applicable patient care experience or medical office experience preferred.
- New hire must attend MA Clinic Academy training.
