Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineering Technician to join our team at Goodyear. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for providing specialized training and instruction in troubleshooting of machinery and equipment to Electricians and Maintenance personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and repair of complex machinery and equipment
  • Develop and implement training programs for maintenance personnel to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to improve efficiency, product quality, and reliability
  • Assist in installations and start-ups of new equipment and machinery to ensure proper operation and safety
  • Document and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs
Requirements
  • Associates degree in Industrial Maintenance or Electrical Technology
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Direct PLC experience with PLC, motion, and automated equipment
  • Ability to lift heavy materials, climb, stand, squat, bend, and work at heights with or without reasonable accommodations
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced, heavy industrial environment with varying temperatures and noise levels. Safety is our top priority, and all employees are expected to adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.

What We Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate: $36.00 to $39.00 per hour based on experience
  • Additional compensation available through overtime opportunities
