Job Title: Leasing Consultant

Afton Properties is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for marketing and leasing properties to prospective tenants, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential residents
  • Process rental applications, verify personal references, and negotiate leasing terms
  • Respond to tenant inquiries, resolve maintenance issues, and provide exceptional customer service
  • Stay knowledgeable of local market trends and property competitors
  • Maintain accurate records of units and their availability using Yardi and CRM systems
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • Customer service experience
  • Basic computer knowledge, including Internet, Excel, Outlook, Word, and OneDrive
  • Knowledge of Yardi and Rent Cafe is a plus
  • Prior leasing experience is required
