Job Title: Kids Club Associate

At Gold's Gym Idaho, we are seeking a qualified Kids Club Associate to join our team. As a Kids Club Associate, you will be responsible for providing a safe and engaging environment for children in our gym.

Responsibilities:
  • Care for children in a designated area of the gym, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate activities, such as games, arts and crafts, and reading, to promote cognitive and social development.
  • Maintain a clean and organized Kids Club area, including toys and materials.
  • Support children's emotional and social development, encouraging positive self-concepts and understanding of others.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's activities and progress.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or 2 years of prior work experience in a childcare environment.
  • Infant and Child First Aid and CPR certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a secure and engaging environment for children.
