Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our team at Hope Network Behavioral Health. The successful candidate will provide critical support to our leadership and behavior analysis teams by preparing clinical documents, greeting and directing visitors, and completing clerical and billing-related duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to consumers, visitors, and stakeholders, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Gather and organize intake data, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is presented to diagnostic teams.
  • Obtain and verify consumer insurance information, including co-payments and co-insurance payments, and track payer authorizations.
  • Schedule diagnostic appointments, tours, and other activities, providing reminder calls to consumer families as needed.
  • Assist behavior analysis teams with submitting treatment plans, authorization requests, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring common areas are clean and organized.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience using electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and require minimal supervision.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to articulate and actively support the mission and values of Hope Network Behavioral Health.
Work Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years in a professional setting, with comprehensive knowledge of medical insurance and billing preferred.
