Job Overview

GCyber is seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management Systems Engineer to contribute to a vital program aimed at enhancing cloud-based intelligence sharing and collaboration capabilities for mission partners.

The successful candidate will take charge of developing and sustaining a robust identity-as-a-service (IDaaS) framework utilizing the Okta IDAM platform. This role demands a high degree of technical expertise and a thorough understanding of authentication and identity management technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage the Okta identity and access management framework.
  • Utilize IDAM functionalities for access governance, including single sign-on (SSO), identity federation, enterprise directory architecture, and resource provisioning.
  • Collaborate with the Identity Access Management team to enhance the Identity Access Management program.
  • Assist with systems administration tasks, addressing user management, group management, and password management requests as necessary.
  • Serve as a point of escalation for troubleshooting issues related to the Okta system.
Required Qualifications:
  • Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance with the capability to obtain and maintain CI Poly
  • DoD IAT Level II Baseline Certification (e.g., Security+, CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP)
  • BA/BS Degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 8+ years of relevant experience, including hands-on involvement in implementing and/or maintaining identity and access management platforms
  • Proven experience in identity federation, enterprise directory architecture, and resource provisioning
  • Experience with Okta is highly preferred
