Job Description:

This part-time Primary Care Physician position offers a unique opportunity to work in a corrections setting and make a difference in the lives of patients. The selected candidate will work on a 1099/Independent Contractor basis and receive a competitive hourly rate of $210-$215 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a corrections setting and be comfortable with the challenges that come with it. They will be responsible for providing primary care services to patients, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Provide primary care services to patients at our correctional facility
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Experience working in a corrections setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
