Key Responsibilities- Access Control Management: Manage access to the construction site, ensuring only authorized personnel are granted entry.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and guests, ensuring a positive experience.
- Reporting and Documentation: Accurately report any suspicious activity, incidents, or safety concerns, and maintain detailed records of site activities.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies, providing necessary support and contacting emergency services when required.
- Site Patrol: Conduct regular site patrols to prevent and detect potential security threats.
- Asset Protection: Protect the client's and company's assets from theft, assault, fire, or other safety issues.
- Security Experience: 2 years of security experience, preferably in a construction site environment.
- Certifications: OSHA-30 or 10 Construction, F-01 Fire Guard Certification, and a valid New York State Security Guard License.
- Education: High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly understand and communicate in English.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, and adapt to changing site conditions.
- Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
