Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Great Falls Clinic Medical Center. As a key member of our Emergency Department, you will provide high-quality patient care and services to individuals with cardiopulmonary disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services: Conduct diagnostic testing, administer therapeutics, and provide support and monitoring to patients with cardiopulmonary disorders.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain Equipment and Facilities: Ensure the proper functioning of respiratory care equipment and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement: Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives and stay up-to-date with the latest respiratory care practices and regulations.
Requirements
  • Knowledge and Skills: Possess knowledge of general respiratory care processes, procedures, and equipment. Stay current with applicable rules and regulations of Federal and State regulatory agencies.
  • Education and Certifications: Hold a degree in respiratory therapy or a related field and maintain relevant certifications.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
