Job Summary and Qualifications
The Surgical Services Technician demonstrates expertise in surgical instruments and the principles of sterile technique.

The Surgical Services Technician anticipates the requirements of the surgical environment within the scope of the position's competencies, utilizing critical thinking skills.

The Surgical Services Technician adheres to hospital policies and procedures, is supervised by the Registered Nurse, and collaborates with the surgical team to enhance customer satisfaction.

The Surgical Services Technician plays a supportive role and will be engaged as departmental needs dictate.

What qualifications you will need:


Basic Cardiac Life Support certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
1 year of experience preferred.
Founded in 1974, HCA Florida Woodmont Hospital is a 317-bed acute care facility.
