About This Role

We are seeking a talented Teller to join our Consumer, Small & Business Banking division in Sonoma, CA. As a Teller, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the financial needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
  • Provide personalized service to customers, answering questions and addressing concerns
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date on bank products and services to effectively promote and sell to customers
  • Identify and escalate potential risks and issues to management
Requirements
  • 6+ months of customer-facing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through training, military experience, or education
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and transactions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
