The successful candidate will drive program strategy, collaborate with stakeholders across government agencies, and lead the delivery of digital solutions that enhance the user experience for Veterans and their families. This is a full-time position contingent on contract award by our client, with a defined performance period of up to one year.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive program strategy and collaborate with stakeholders across government agencies
  • Lead the delivery of digital solutions that enhance the user experience for Veterans and their families
  • Develop and iterate on a data-driven program roadmap in collaboration with VA stakeholders
  • Define key outcomes aligned with VA's mission to improve the transition experience for Veterans
  • Partner with VA Veteran Experience Services (VES), Product Delivery Service (PDS), and Office of Information & Technology (OIT) teams
  • Work across federal agencies (DoD, DoL, SBA, OPM) to integrate cross-agency benefits for Veterans
  • Cultivate relationships and ensure alignment with Veterans Health Administration (VHA) and Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA)

You Will Be Successful If:



  • You have a Bachelor's degree, plus at least five years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • You have experience/expertise with continuous discovery and delivery
  • You have experience in program management, leading programs in a government, healthcare, or highly regulated environment
  • You have strong expertise in Agile methodologies, program roadmaps, and stakeholder management
  • You have experience in user research, service design, and data-driven decision-making
  • You have proven ability to navigate complex technical landscapes, including APIs, cloud services, and data interoperability
  • You have ability to manage relationships across multiple agencies and balance competing priorities
