Tower Health is actively seeking a leader for the Department of Pediatric Emergency Medicine at St. Christopher's Hospital. This role is pivotal in overseeing a dynamic team within a busy 34-bed emergency unit that caters to approximately 50,000 patient visits each year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a proficient team responsible for over 70% of hospital admissions, playing a crucial role in the institution's operations.
  • Oversee a well-established Pediatric Emergency Medicine fellowship program, mentoring three fellows annually, supported by an exceptional Program Director and dedicated faculty.
  • Engage with the community, demonstrating a commitment to addressing healthcare disparities and advocating for underserved populations.
  • Bring a minimum of five years of leadership experience to the role, fostering a collaborative and effective work environment.
