Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze nursing center financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action as needed.
  • Lead, guide, and direct department heads to ensure seamless operations and high-quality care delivery.
  • Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to foster positive public relations and partnerships.
  • Create a culture of engagement, accountability, and compassion among employees, ensuring they are focused on delivering exceptional patient care and services.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to policies and procedures within the nursing center.

Requirements:

  • On-call availability.
