• Provide thorough and efficient cleaning services to residential clients, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and other tasks as required.
• Work collaboratively with a partner to complete cleaning tasks, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Use company-provided products and equipment to complete cleaning tasks, adhering to our strict quality standards.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our cleaning methods and protocols, ensuring consistency and excellence in every cleaning service.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their cleaning needs and preferences, providing personalized service and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and company protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a national background check.
