Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver exceptional virtual speech and language services to school-aged children. This role involves working with diverse students, educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and provide personalized therapy sessions.

About the Role
  • IDentify and evaluate disorders related to speech, language, voice, and fluency; create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
  • Deliver therapy, monitor progress, and modify treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and school personnel to meet students' communication needs.
  • Perform screenings, maintain comprehensive records, and contribute to team meetings for effective planning.
  • Support advocacy efforts for students, stay informed about new developments, and engage in professional learning activities.
Responsibilities and Requirements

This 1099 position comes with guaranteed weekly hours and an hourly rate of $50-$55, consistent across direct and indirect hours, planning periods, and more.

To be eligible, you must hold a Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorder, or a related field, along with active Pennsylvania Teaching Certification required, ASHA CCC-SLP Certification, and a reliable computer and internet connection.
