Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced RN to join our team in Acute Care. This role offers a unique blend of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized plans of care that promote optimal health or support a peaceful death. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care and effective communication with patients and their loved ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care, demonstrating empathy, compassion, and professionalism in every interaction
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify needs, and prioritize interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatments, and progress
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina
  • 1+ year of experience in acute care, preferably in a leadership role
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
