We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Belmont Village Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our residents living in our Assisted Living and Memory Care community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on personal assistance with Activities of Daily Living to an assigned group of senior residents
  • Encourage socialization and inspire participation in community activities while ensuring resident safety and well-being
  • Document care and services provided daily by following customized service plans and communicating to supervisor any observed changes in care needs
  • Ensure care, safety, and cleanliness standards are met according to regulatory compliance
Requirements:
  • At least one year of direct care experience in an Assisted Living, Memory Care, or Skilled Nursing community
  • Proficient in verbal and written English
  • Ability to work the defined schedule for this position, which may include weekends and holidays
