Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at Travel Nurse Across America.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in a cardiac cath lab setting and possess certifications such as BLS, ACLS, AART, and RCIS. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing the cardiac lab procedure rooms and ensuring adequate stock and equipment are available.
  • Preparing patients and equipment for procedures, including draping, sterilizing instruments, and calibrating equipment.
  • Operating and maintaining equipment in the cardiac cath lab, including hemodynamic and electrical amplifiers.
  • Scrubbing in during procedures and assisting physicians with catheter maneuvering.
  • Monitoring patient hemodynamic status and participating in life-saving measures.

The successful candidate will be able to stand and walk for long periods, as well as bend, lean, or stoop without difficulty. Travel Nurse Across America offers competitive compensation and benefits for this assignment.

Requirements: 1 year of experience, BLS, ACLS, AART, and RCIS certification, and state-specific licensing when required.
