Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Staff Pharmacist to join our Oncology team at UT Southwestern Medical Center. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the development of our clinical programs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical pharmacy services to patients with cancer, including medication therapy management and patient education.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of clinical programs and services that promote excellence in patient care.
  • Contribute to the education and training of pharmacy students and residents.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in oncology and pharmacy practice through ongoing education and professional development.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state of Texas.
  • At least one year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
