About the Role:We are looking for a skilled RN to provide high-quality patient care and support our team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse in our Primary Care Practice, you will be responsible for:
- Providing phone triage support for patients and families
- Conducting nurse visits, including annual wellness visits and disease management
- Performing point-of-care tests and EKGs as directed by clinicians
- Assisting providers with examinations and procedures
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of patients
- Responding to patient crises situations and providing education and counseling
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited program
- A current RN license in the state of Delaware and Pennsylvania
- At least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a physician office setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
