About the RoleThis position is responsible for performing initial examinations and evaluations to establish impairment/diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of care for patients with basic rehabilitation needs. You will provide therapy intervention consistent with the results of the examination, evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, and plan of care, involving the patient/client and appropriate others in the planning, implementation, and assessment of the plan of care.
You will also supervise and direct the patient care activities of assigned rehab aides, office assistants, and volunteers. Additionally, you will manage your schedule to accommodate changes in census and patient load and inform management of any issues with caseload management.
