Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing repairs as specified on the repair order efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards
  • Conducting test drives and utilizing diagnostic equipment to assess vehicle components and systems
  • Identifying and rectifying issues in automotive systems including engine, transmission, steering, brakes, and more
  • Collaborating with the Service Advisor to inform customers about additional service needs and provide estimates for repair times
  • Completing warranty repairs to meet manufacturer specifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Preferably experience with BMW vehicles
  • Essential experience in European automotive service
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a technician
  • ASE certifications are required
  • A solid foundation in automotive knowledge
  • Strong collaborative skills
  • Willingness to undergo drug screening and background checks
  • A clean and valid driver's license
