We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our multidisciplinary clinical team at Monadnock Family Services. The successful candidate will provide direct psychiatric care to assigned consumers, assessing and diagnosing their needs to determine the appropriateness of medication treatment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive psychiatric care to consumers, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary clinical team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct ongoing medication evaluation and monitoring, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in patient education and support, promoting healthy coping mechanisms and self-management skills.
- Document all interactions and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
- NH Nursing License and NH APRN License with Psychiatric Certification preferred.
- Preference will be given to those who hold a NH Medical License.
- Current DEA certification.
- ABPN Certification in General Psychiatry for MDs/DOs.
- Comfort and knowledge in prescribing for adults and adolescents.
