  • Investigate, monitor, and resolve accounting discrepancies and documentation issues.
  • Compile reports and summaries for management regarding various activity areas.
  • Adhere to established standards, procedures, and relevant regulations.
  • Manage the filing of Sales & Use Tax across multiple states on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual basis.
  • Distribute Tax Certificates upon vendor requests.
  • Initiate the opening of accounting periods.
  • Review weekly vendor invoices for customer payments.
  • Generate various accounting reports as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Familiarity with accounting software, particularly Quickbooks.
  • Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel, or similar software.
