Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Social Worker/Therapist to join our team at Inspire Counseling Center LLC. As a key member of our therapy team, you will work closely with our clients to provide personalized counseling services and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality counseling services to clients, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support for our clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment that fosters growth, learning, and collaboration.
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- License or certification as a Social Worker, Counselor, or Therapist (or in-process of obtaining).
- Minimum of 20 clients per week (25 office hours).
- Weekend availability (for the first year of employment).
- Experience with counseling and a strong understanding of mental health principles.
