Position Summary:
Under general oversight, this role involves executing tasks related to the construction and enhancement of telecommunications systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a team leader; ensure the accurate and timely submission of operational reports.

Supervise team assignments, including daily tasks, route planning, and communication with team members, clients, and the public.

Possess the ability to manage, instruct, or oversee daily operational components such as bucket trucks, digger derricks, excavators, and more.

Capable of safely working at heights using climbing gear and ladders.

Direct traffic flow in compliance with local and state Department of Transportation regulations.

Interpret and implement design schematics and other relevant instructions pertaining to the project.

Safely maintain and operate vehicles and equipment, adhering to all manufacturer safety guidelines and traffic laws.

Ensure proper inventory management on vehicles based on assigned tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:
A valid driver's license is required; a Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is preferred.

Understanding of both basic and advanced construction principles is essential.

Knowledge of safety protocols related to trenching and drilling, including setup and emergency procedures.

Physical Requirements:
Must be able to perform the aforementioned tasks for a minimum of 8 hours per day, 5 days a week. Overtime, after-hours, weekend work, and on-call duties may be required.


Responsibilities will necessitate standing, crouching, sitting, bending, using hands and fingers for handling or feeling, as well as reaching in both high and low spaces.

The employee will engage in standing, walking, climbing, balancing, crawling, crouching, lifting, holding, or stooping during shifts.

Ability to work while wearing safety boots, safety glasses, and a hard hat.

Capability to operate in adverse weather conditions, which may include extreme heat and cold, as well as inclement weather such as wind, rain, snow, sleet, and dust, along with challenging driving conditions like wet or icy roads and fog.

Employees in this role may encounter dust, fumes, or other airborne particles.

Must be able to regularly lift/carry 50 lbs and up to 100 lbs as necessary, with or without assistance.


Applicants must successfully pass all company drug screenings, undergo a background check, and comply with all OSHA, state, and local safety regulations and training provided by the company as required.
