About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in the Southwest Twin Cities Metro area. As an Occupational Therapist with Interim HealthCare, you will have the opportunity to work in a home-based setting, providing comprehensive assessments and treatments to patients in need.
Responsibilities:- Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop personalized plans of care.
- Provide occupational therapy services, including exercises, activities, and interventions, to help patients achieve their goals and improve their functional abilities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans that address their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and transitions.
- Current licensure in the State of Minnesota as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
- Two (2) years of experience as an occupational therapist.
- Able to travel within the geographic area serviced by the office.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required.
- CPR Certification.
- A competitive salary range of $86,091.20 - $105,726.40.
