RN Interventionalist

**About the Role**

IYA Medical PLC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Scottsdale. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care during Interventional Radiology procedures.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive patient care
• Prepare patients for procedures: Includes checking and verifying vital signs, charting meds, NPO status, lab results and medical history
• Inserting and removing intravenous lines
• Administering conscious sedation drugs and other drugs
• Assist in the preparation and administration of medications as prescribed by the Interventional Radiologist
• Monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment and monitor patients' vital signs
• Prepare and maintain sterile fields and adhere to infection control policies and procedures
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records
• Collaborate with the Interventional Radiologist and other healthcare team members to ensure the highest quality of patient care

Requirements:

• Active Arizona RN license
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outpatient setting
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with electronic medical record systems
