Plant Production Supervisor

Metromont is seeking a highly skilled Plant Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day production activities in our precast/prestressed concrete production facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of our setup and pouring operations, wet finish, dry finish, and stripping functions.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate the activities of production teams to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production methods, quality, and safety.
- Monitor and track production progress to ensure schedules and budgets are met.
- Recommend and implement improvements to production processes and procedures.
- Ensure quality of products and coordinate with other departments to establish production schedules.
- Participate in safety programs, including weekly safety meetings and implementation of Metromont's safety policies.
- Lead and develop production personnel, including conducting performance evaluations and addressing performance issues.
- 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in precast/prestressed and/or lean manufacturing environments is a plus.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and interact with all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
