ConcordRENTS stands as a prominent leader in delivering a quality-driven and customer-focused property management experience, emphasizing both affordable and market-rate multifamily communities across Florida. Our ongoing success is attributed to our outstanding team members.

Join ConcordRENTS to enhance your career with a company that boasts over 30 years of commitment to maintaining our community and supporting our team members, while also offering competitive starting wages. We are dedicated to establishing a pathway to a minimum wage of at least $20 per hour within the first six months of satisfactory employment. Our team members' dedication to the organization is reinforced by ConcordRENTS' belief that everyone deserves a living wage and the opportunity to prepare for a secure retirement. We take pride in investing in our valued team members through a comprehensive 401-K program that includes a company match of up to $5,250 annually. Our 401-K program features a company match of 150% on the first 3% invested by eligible team members, with additional matching up to $5,250 each year.

Team members with prior industry experience often cite a lack of investment from previous employers as a motivating factor for their career transition. Our management philosophy focuses on preserving the value and integrity of our communities while delivering exceptional customer service. This approach is realized by fostering relationships with our residents and providing them with a quality housing experience, free from concerns about the community's ability to afford repairs. Ultimately, we gauge our performance based on resident satisfaction.

ConcordRENTS acknowledges that teamwork and community spirit are essential to our growth as a company. Our legacy is driven by our ability to adapt to a changing market and maintain a competitive edge, making ConcordRENTS a fulfilling place to work.
