Key Responsibilities
  • Clean apartment community common areas, including but not limited to entryways, hallways, and amenities
  • Clean and prepare vacant apartments, paying attention to all details to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Pick up debris from grounds and common areas to maintain a safe and attractive environment for residents and guests
  • Maintain storage areas and carts in a clean and tidy condition to optimize efficiency
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support the success of our community
