Key Responsibilities:

  • Expertly diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues with HVAC systems and equipment.
  • Perform maintenance, cleaning, adjustments, and repairs on HVAC systems, including air handling units, ductwork, vents, and drainage systems.
  • Procure necessary parts and equipment for HVAC installations and repairs.
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency repair requests.
  • Document all repairs and completed tasks accurately using industry-standard software.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, effectively communicating with clients to explain issues, propose solutions, and discuss outcomes.
  • Advise on products and services to enhance system performance.
  • Ensure compliance with appliance standards and regulations as outlined by the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HVAC installation.
  • Valid US Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
