Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our Cardiovascular ICU team at Providence Swedish Cherry Hill Campus. As a Travel Nurse RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiovascular ICU, including those with cardiovascular disease, post-cath lab and IR procedures, and fresh open heart surgery.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Participate in unit-specific initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of safety, respect, and open communication.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Cardiovascular ICU setting.
  • Strong cardiac surgical experience and CVICU experience required.
  • Experience with IABP, Impella, VAD's, Pacemakers, Epicardial Pacer Management, CRRT/Dialysis, Hemodynamic Monitoring, Breathing Treatments, Chest Tube Set-up/Care, CPAP/BiPap, Trach Care, Vents, High Frequency Vents, Procedure Sedation, RSI - Rapid Sequence Intubation Drugs, Blood/BloodProducts Administration, Cardioversion/Defibrillation, Colling/Warming, Obtain 12 Lead EKG preferred.
  • Compact license accepted.
  • Travel experience necessary to receive an auto offer.
