Our Current Status

We are an early-stage startup that has recently secured funding and is actively expanding our team to develop our first product, an AI-powered laser sentinel. We are seeking talented engineers to join our team and contribute to the development of our innovative technology.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced optics engineer to join our team and help design and develop our first product MVP. This role will involve simulating and designing new laser systems, as well as retrofitting existing systems to maximize their performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EECS, optics, photonics, and laser system development, and be familiar with laser physics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop new laser systems for cUAS applications
  • Retrofit existing systems to improve their performance
  • Collaborate with the team to develop our first product MVP
  • Contribute to the development of our AI-powered laser sentinel

Requirements

  • Experience in EECS, optics, photonics, and laser system development
  • Familiarity with laser physics
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • US citizenship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Experience with self-directed projects and a strong portfolio

Compensation
