Job Summary

We're seeking a Customer Service Delivery Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our Market Operations team, you'll be responsible for delivering vehicles directly to customers' doors, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless car-delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Delivery: Safely transport vehicles to customers using our custom car haulers, with training provided for those without commercial driving licenses.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent communication and support to customers throughout the delivery process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Documentation: Complete accurate and thorough documentation, including customer paperwork and notes in our tracking system.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly inspect vehicles, load/unload vehicles, and perform physically demanding tasks while working in various weather conditions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a role requiring physical activity and interacting with customers.
  • Ability to work a rotating schedule, including 7 days a week, with occasional evening shifts from 11am-9pm.
  • Competitive hourly compensation starting at $17/hour, with opportunities for increases based on performance.

  • Must possess a valid driver's license, read, write, speak, and understand English fluently, and pass a background check and drug test.
