As a Mobile Services Coordinator, you will be an integral member of our Mobile Outreach team, responsible for the operation and maintenance of our Mobile Outreach Unit (van).

The estimated salary for this role is $23.00/hr, commensurate with experience and location.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mobile Services Coordinator. This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain the Mobile Outreach Unit (van), ensuring it is safe and clean at all times.
  • Conduct on-site Point of Care testing with patients, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
  • Attend promotional events and activities with the mobile unit, educating patients on procedures and schedules.
  • Assist in contacting members and scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records and tracking data.
  • Collaborate with Facilities Manager to coordinate maintenance needs and escalate high-priority issues.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • CNA/MA certification or Para medic/EMT, or LPN or equivalent certification/license.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Current TB test and maintain a negative test annually.
  • Hep B vaccine/titer proof or signed waiver on file required.
  • Annual flu shot or approved exemption on file required.
  • A valid driver's license and liability car insurance.
  • A suitable driving record and pass a background check.
