Chiropractic Coordinator

The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Healthcare Business Associate. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the growth and success of our clinics by delivering exceptional patient experiences and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building.

• Estimated Salary: $13 per hour + bonus opportunity
• Job Type: Full-time
• Work Schedule: Sunday 9:30-5, Monday-Wednesday 9a-7p

1. Engage with patients to understand their needs and preferences, tailoring recommendations for chiropractic care and wellness services.
2. Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our services, including membership options and promotional offers.
3. Develop and implement strategies to increase patient retention and attract new customers, collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals.
4. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between teams.
5. Participate in marketing efforts, staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in the chiropractic industry.

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Previous sales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals.
• Strong phone and computer skills, with proficiency in point-of-sale software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
