Job Overview:
As a Cashier Associate, you are integral to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing efficient and friendly checkout services. Your role involves managing financial transactions at the service lane while contributing to a positive shopping atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly and courteously attend to customer needs, greeting and thanking them with a warm attitude.
• Professionally address customer inquiries and escalate issues to management when appropriate.
• Follow service standards and communicate current promotions and specials to customers.
• Accurately operate cashier equipment, process sales transactions, and manage various payment methods.
• Maintain stock levels at the front end, manage supplies effectively, and handle returns.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment, report equipment malfunctions, and adhere to company policies regarding theft or violations.
• Assist in onboarding new team members and undertake additional assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

• Must meet age requirements and legal eligibility to work.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Demonstrate high integrity and reliability.
