Job Title: Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team for a 13-week assignment in Bangor, ME.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical/surgical/telemetry environment. As a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient responses.
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure understanding and cooperation.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Medical/Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with the healthcare team and patients.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
