Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide fast and friendly customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, and restocking shelves.
  • Support the management team in achieving sales goals, including promoting the Smart Rewards Program and brewing coffee.
  • Perform cash handling duties, including accurately processing transactions and handling customer payments.
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking coolers and freezers, and checking in vendors.
  • Participate in store team meetings and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift at least 55 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Salary: $13.00 per hour.
