Join Our Team as a Dementia Caregiver

We are seeking mature, caring, and dependable individuals to provide companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, bathroom, grooming, and dressing assistance to seniors in Andover, Minnesota.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Prepare meals
  • Provide bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
  • Assist with toileting
  • Remind clients of medication
  • Engage in conversation and provide companionship
  • Run errands and provide transportation
Requirements:
  • Experience working with dementia patients
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle with insurance
  • Ability to drive up to 25 miles to clients' homes
  • Pass a criminal background check and DMV check
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 21 years of age or older
  • 2-step TB test (Mantoux)
