About the Role
As a Grill Cook at Bob Evans, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking various meats, fish, poultry, gravies, soups, and vegetables. Your primary duties will include following recipes and storyboards to ensure high-quality dishes are prepared in a timely manner.
Main Responsibilities
- Cut, broil, sauté, and fry a variety of ingredients according to recipe specifications
- Practice safe food handling techniques to maintain a clean and healthy kitchen environment
- Maintain kitchen equipment and perform regular cleaning tasks to ensure optimal performance
- Unload and organize received goods in a timely manner to prevent delays
