Job Summary

Macomb Residential Opportunities is seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to manage the daily operations of our group home. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, developing and implementing client programs, and ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train group home staff to ensure excellent client care and services.
  • Develop and implement client programs and services, working closely with contracting agency staff and service providers.
  • Manage and supervise the use of in-home funds, ensuring compliance with budget limitations and reporting requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, program data, and home maintenance records.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and Supervisor to ensure seamless client care and services.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of experience in residential care services.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to provide supervision and leadership to home care staff.
  • Verification of health status and a valid driver's license.
