As a Complex Catheter Product Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving our mission forward. You will collaborate with our cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about shaping the future of medical devices. As a Complex Catheter Product Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with customers to understand their medical device design needs and translate them into detailed project proposals.
- Working closely with our R&D team to develop and implement innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Providing critical evaluation of costs, concept performance vs customer need, and competitive benchmarking.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent amount of experience.
- 7+ years of experience in new product development or manufacturing engineering.
- Engineering, process development, or manufacturing experience in a cleanroom environment.
- Familiarity with FDA, ISO 13485 regulatory and validation needs in a Tier 1 complex catheter CDMO environment.
Salary Estimate
We offer a competitive salary estimate of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, vision insurance, health savings account, short and long-term disability, supplemental insurances, paid time off, sick time off, paid holidays, 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for career growth and advancement.
