Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to patients in post-acute care facilities
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with medical staff and residents
- Administer medications and treatments to residents, ensuring accurate documentation of medical interventions and histories
- Train and supervise nursing staff, ensuring compliance with nursing standards and facility policies
- Participate in incident investigations and contribute to the development of best practices
- Current Massachusetts state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduation from an approved nursing program
- Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Competitive hourly pay range: $50-$65
