Essential Functions:
  • Help clients achieve their goals by understanding requirements and developing plans to meet their needs.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, resolving scheduling and other conflicts to meet deadlines.
  • Work with various development methodologies, including Agile, and have a mature understanding of their strengths and weaknesses.
  • Coach engineers on technical and career development, building a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
  • 8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Master's, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
  • Preferred Qualifications: 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Master's, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD in Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Science, Math.
  • 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
  • Consumer/user-facing application development experience.
  • Experience in commercial software development on Unix/Linux environment.
  • Experience in developing and deploying containers.
  • Understanding of Security requirements and standards, and contemporary trends in Security risks as well as technologies.
  • Experience in security domain with authentication, authorization, and building secure gateway.
  • Experience developing & deploying services in a multi-cloud environment like GCP, Azure & AWS.
  • Experience in Java/J2EE technologies, Container and database technologies.
  • Understanding of architecture and operations of highly available and scalable transactional systems.
  • Experience in cloud migration and multi-cloud strategy.
  • Experience with agile development process.
  • Superior verbal, written & interpersonal communication skills with both technical & non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent team player, with strong collaboration skills and ability to influence cross-functional team for results.
