Patient Care Coordinator Leader

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to fill a supervisory position in Oxford, Mississippi. As a nurse leader, you will be responsible for overseeing patient care and guiding a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality care.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate the delivery of patient care services to ensure optimal outcomes.
Administer medications and provide routine patient care according to established policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families to promote teamwork and collaboration.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient health records.
Respond promptly to any emergency situations and provide appropriate care.
Ensure compliance with state regulations and healthcare standards.
Participate in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of one year (12 months) of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Licensure: A valid and current RN license issued by the state of Mississippi.
Certification: A valid and current Basic Life Support (BLS) provider card from the American Heart Association.
Communication: Proficiency in English is required for effective oral and written communication with staff and patients.
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and supervise a team of healthcare professionals.
