**Job Summary:**

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a full-time position. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality services to students in a K-12th district setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of students and provide direct and indirect services as needed.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Provide training and education to students, parents, and staff on occupational therapy techniques and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Kansas.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a pediatric setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
